Every family that has immigrant members should have an Emergency Family Preparedness Plan in case of detention or deportation. While we hope that families never have to use such a plan, it is a good practice to have one in place in case emergency strikes. The Bronx Immigration Partnership and Bronx Legal Services will inform, plan with, and empower immigrant families in the event of deportation or detention.
