BIP hosted our first clinic of 2018 on January 16, 2018. Together with 20 volunteers made up of BIP members, lawyers, interpreters and allies, BIP provided free legal information, immigration screenings, and resources to 40 community members.

The BIP clinic was hosted at Bronx Legal Services. Food and metrocards were provided to all participants.
Free immigration screenings and family preparedness packets were completed.
Representatives from the Office of the Bronx District Attorney were on hand to provide important resources.
Participants gained information during the BIP Know Your Rights presentation.
Caracol Language Coop provided simultaneous interpretation during the Know Your Rights presentation.
The Bronx Immigration Partnership unites and increases the capacity of Bronx community-based organizations to provide a coordinated safety net of immigration services for new and newly eligible populations in the Bronx who are the most vulnerable to immigration fraud.
